2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or attending any Prudore session, or by submitting an enquiry through our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Our Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Prudore provides general education, information, tools and community sessions on the subject of understanding personal credit reports in Malaysia. Our Service is offered in Selangor and may be delivered in-person or through arranged group sessions. Availability of specific sessions may vary and is not guaranteed at all times.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, glossaries, annotated samples, and guides remain the intellectual property of Prudore. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal reference. Materials may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing for our sessions is published in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and is payable at the time of enrolment. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

Refund requests made at least 7 days before a scheduled workshop or course start date will be considered for a full refund. Requests made closer to the start date, or after a session has commenced, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Course-Specific Terms

Enrolment in the Credit Understanding Course or the Personal Credit Education Programme is confirmed upon successful payment. Completion of a course does not constitute any professional qualification, certification, or license. Group Q&A access included with the Personal Credit Education Programme is available for three months from the programme start date and is non-transferable.

8. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided on an "as is" basis for general educational purposes only. Prudore does not provide financial, legal, or professional advisory services, and nothing in our sessions or materials should be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional or guidance from the relevant official reporting body in Malaysia. We make no representations about specific outcomes resulting from attendance at our sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prudore's liability for any claim arising from your use of our Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant session. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such exclusion is not permitted under Malaysian law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Service for any participant who breaches this Agreement, including disruptive conduct during group sessions. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.

12. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Prudore regarding our Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of our Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
